Budapest has recently become a huge tourist destination. Vaci utca is crammed wall to wall with tourists in the summer, and as such, accommodation can be really hard to find. Budapest hotels is a handy site that lets you search for multiple hotels and rooms in Budapest with competitve prices.

One handy search function they have is that it shows you the location of the hotel, and gives you a rating of their quality. I’d suggest looking for hotels in the Castle (var) district or around the downtown area (around the Danube and Vaci Utca).

HotelClub seems to have many many hotels listed, probably all of them ranging from 1 star to 5 star accommodation. I highly recommend boking in advance as soon as you know your travel dates as it can be very difficult in the summer to find a hotel on short notice. Another area to consider if you’re interested in spas is on Margit Sziget (Margit Island) where there are several thermal baths.

Over all I’d have to say HotelClub’s website for hotels in Budapest is very well designed, and easy to use. As mentioned the listings are great with dozens of great hotels in and around Budapest to choose from.
