Langos is a typical Hungarian snack - It’s basically just dough that’s been fried in oil, and then slathered with your choice of toppings. Like most traditional Hungarian foods it probably takes a day off your life when you eat one - But it’s worth it.
My favourite is to get a Langos with “Tejfol” (sour cream) and a garlic spread with cheese sprinkled on top. You can get “gombas” (mushrooms) and ground beef, among other toppings.
Makes a great before / after drinking snack!
